Online orders may be completed and paid securely with a credit/debit card through paypal-a paypay account is NOT required. Visa, mastercard and palpal are accepted along with money orders and personal checks. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped once the check has cleared your bank. Make checks payable to: Just Robin and Me.
Local orders that are available for pickup at our shop will not be charged shipping & handling, just be sure to enter the code: LOCALORDER during the checkout process then recalculate for your new total. These orders may also be phoned in to 606-475-1501 or emailed directly to justrobinandme@aol.
Phone orders may also be used for items that will be shipped.
All orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days after we receive confirmation of payment. Hand-quilted items such as quilts or throws may require an additional 2 to 4 weeks before they're shipped.
Damaged merchandise or return requests must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery date. For damaged items, return item(s) back to us and we will re-ship a replacement product. Return items must be shipped back in the original box they were shipped in for a full refund minus the shipping and handling fee.
You may make changes to your order by phone but only if your order hasn't already been shipped.
